  • Question – How can I participate in the Kroger Customer Satisfaction Survey without Making a Purchase?

Please visit www.krogerfeedback.com for the most recent information on the survey and any entry opportunities that may be available; the rules and participation requirements are subject to change at any time.

  • Question –  How often am I permitted to take part in the opinion poll at Kroger?

Answer – Customers typically agree to participate in one survey per household every seven days. This ensures that a significant cross-section of Kroger’s customer base will have the opportunity to weigh in on the direction the firm will take in the future. Please refer to the survey’s criteria and guidelines, which may be seen on the Kroger Feedback website, in order to get the most recent information available.

  • Question –  In which part of the store can you find the Kroger Survey access code?

Answer – On the very bottom of your most recent Kroger receipt, you should be able to see the access code for the Kroger Feedback Survey. The code, which is often located at the very bottom of the receipt, is composed of the date, the time, and an Entry ID. To begin the survey at www.krogerfeedback.com, first refer to the instructions printed on your receipt, and then click the “Start” button.
